Please read the full terms and conditions first, then pay the fee of 300 CZK (unless you apply in free application period) and then fill in the following application form. Do NOT send application via email but if you need to contact us for other reasons or with further questions, use email info@bohemianburlesquefestival.com. Please DO NOT use capitals in the application where they gramatically don´t belong, not even in your full stage name, it caused huge problems with using this text.

Accepted applicant has to confirm their participation within a week by replying to acceptance email and uploading their two promo images to a file specified in the acceptance email. Most of our spots are paid. Market and competion spots are unpaid. All payments are specified in terms and conditions.
